They spent a lot of time making sure they had the right key, and it worked in both my car door and the ignition. I appreciate that, but in order to do so, they had to make 6 separate keys and made me pay for all 6 of them. They were nice enough to take off one or two fees, but I only received one key — and I don’t think it’s fair that I had to pay for 6 of them, and I don’t think they deserve bonus points for ripping me off for slightly less than they were originally going to.

It takes quite a while to make the keys and I think it is a bit pricey. I was glad to get a 3rd key for free. And then they offered to pay another $2.99 to ensure the key worked well. I did not appreciate having to give them my phone number in order to receive a receipt. It should print it out right there.

Changing the lock was necessary after the old one suddenly malfunctioned. The service was excellent, and the technician was very skilled, installing the new lock quickly without any damage to the door. I felt safe and reassured the whole time, and they made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. Very professional experience, and I’d definitely use them again.

I made 9 keys 3 sets of 3 one set of the 3 will not work , so I tried to file the keys and then it started to work. So my point is if you pay 6 dollars a key it should just work for clients . That is why I like going to ACE Hardware they still do make the keys and the keys work not just a machine. Keys are not cheap at this machine Ace is cheaper 2.50 a key.
