Serviceman arrived and went right to work. Only took about 20 min to cut 2 new key fob for my truck. Also programmed the fobs to operate all locks and remote starter. Extremely satisfied and I’ll be calling them back for any lockout needs, etc.

There was a $60 calling fee, which is way above the average price of around ~$20. The price was absurdly ludicrous. Save yourself some money, and call a key master.
You can get two keys for much cheaper than it is to pay for GLC’s services.

I would rather throw a brick through my window, clean the glass up, blow my own glass, and insert it into the window slider than calling these people for their services.
I would suggest literally any other solution before calling these people.

Not only that, but I would be happy to voluntarily lock my vehicle with my keys left in them, if it meant that I could be refunded.

No receipt was given.

Louis Daniel did amazing helping me out. I was stranded at the aquarium and he came and helped me be calm with my child. Got in and out quick got to me even though I didn’t know my exact location was. Recommend him for sure!!!!

Changing the lock was necessary after the old one suddenly malfunctioned. The service was excellent, and the technician was very skilled, installing the new lock quickly without any damage to the door. I felt safe and reassured the whole time, and they made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. Very professional experience, and I’d definitely use them again.

This 5 star rating started with the very first thing—the phone call! From the very instant a woman answered and was very pleasant to talk with, She was very nice and I enjoyed our visit. Then 2 days later our technician Shane called and dropped by to take care of our needs. He was very nice , knew his work and we were pleased he came by. We feel more secure now and I highly recommend A-1 as my go to company. It’s a family-owned business and you can tell it was set up and is running with the customer’s happiness as their goal. In my opinion there is no reason to look elsewhere for anything related to keys , locks and anything else they do. Thank you A-1!!!!

They spent a lot of time making sure they had the right key, and it worked in both my car door and the ignition. I appreciate that, but in order to do so, they had to make 6 separate keys and made me pay for all 6 of them. They were nice enough to take off one or two fees, but I only received one key — and I don’t think it’s fair that I had to pay for 6 of them, and I don’t think they deserve bonus points for ripping me off for slightly less than they were originally going to.

It takes quite a while to make the keys and I think it is a bit pricey. I was glad to get a 3rd key for free. And then they offered to pay another $2.99 to ensure the key worked well. I did not appreciate having to give them my phone number in order to receive a receipt. It should print it out right there.

Golden’s Keys made 3 copies of an unusual key (that none of the Big Box stores had) for me months ago for a storage garage I don’t use very often. I found out months later that the keys did not work and I had lost the receipt. When I went back, they were willing to make new keys for me (as they recognized the type of key) no charge and without a receipt! I was fully ready to pay as I took a long time to check and see if they keys they made worked. The second set of keys they made worked great! This is an honest locksmith that stands behind their work!
