We were passing through town over the holidays (entire family + dog in tow). When we stopped for lunch our car wouldn’t restart due to a faulty FOB. Juan was there within minutes (on a holiday!) to help us troubleshoot. After a hard reset, he was able to get us back on the road. Dickens Locksmith saved our holiday! THANK YOU!!

This was a terrible experience and I’m out of $12 that I’ve not been reimbursed for. I had 4 keys made by Y’all machine and NONE worked. I called to get my money back, I was offered some coupons to go retry but the machine only gave me 2 key that DIDN’T work also. I called back to try and get my money back for the 2d time but no one answered the phone. I wasted a whole hour of my time and STILL OUT $12. RIP OFF

I bought 12 keys from 3 different master keys and they all worked well. It would be nice if it was a tad faster or could cut more than one at a time but overall still great.
