I was locked out of my house and called them because they were close to my home. The locksmith took a bit to arrive because of an address mix-up, but once he got here he opened our door very quickly and without damaging anything. I hope I don’t have to call them again, but if I have to, I definitely would

I hired Key Depot to rekey locks and reprogram the keypad entry at one of my residential rental properties during a tenant turnover. I paid $205.68 for the service. The very next morning, my prepaid property inspection could not be completed because the keypad entry no longer worked after Key Depot serviced it. This resulted in a missed inspection appointment fee of $45.00, in addition to the lost $250.00 inspection scheduling and delays in getting my property back on the rental market.
Kai from Key Depot told me the keypad was “faulty,” even though it had worked before they serviced it. I requested a quote for replacement. Instead of sending a quote for approval, Key Depot scheduled an appointment at my property without my authorization. Multiple emails, texts, and voicemails requesting the quote and clarification were ignored.
At approximately 8:15 a.m. the morning of the scheduled appointment, I finally received a call. I explained that I had never received or approved a quote. After initially insisting it had been sent, Kai admitted he had just emailed it. The quote was approximately $300 to replace a keypad that retails for around $35, and I declined the work.
I then hired another locksmith, who successfully reprogrammed the supposedly “broken” keypad without replacing it. He advised that the original work had not been properly completed.
This situation caused unnecessary costs, delays, frustration, missed appointments, and lost time during a critical rental turnover. I am requesting a full refund of the $205.68 paid to Key Depot, reimbursement for the $45 missed inspection fee caused by their failed service, and accountability for the improper work and lack of communication

These guys saved the day. I hadn’t realized my truck key had snapped in two when I locked it to go inside the 7-Eleven by The Forum until I came back outside and tried unlocking it. I googled “locksmith” and started walking over here, hoping for a miracle. The key itself was a very worn down copy of the original. Not only did they earnestly try their best to craft a successful copy based on the two pieces I handed them, but they made an exact copy of its worn state AND a like new copy to spec just to increase my chances of success when I walked back to my truck up the road. VERY reasonable prices. I think the young man that attended me was named Layton, but they all worked together and seemed very knowledgeable here. The security by the waiting area was friendly too. Tori was her name if I’m not mistaken. Thanks again y’all. Oh, P.S. both copies worked just fine, I can only imagine how buttery smooth the copy would’ve been had I provided an intact key to begin with!

Excellent service, awesome customer satisfaction and reasonable pricing! I needed a spare car key. Im not from the area do i relied on Google reviews. Joel offered me choices and pricing for each. He ensured the key not only fit my car door but made sure it would start the engine. I WAS IN AND OUT IN UNDER 25 MIN. So glad I choose this business to assist me. Highly recommend.
