This is definitely the locksmith company to use! Corbin was so helpful choosing door hardware to match and replace my broken one. When the hardware arrived, Cameron came to the house to install. He offered to repair my existing hardware instead of replacing, and sure enough he succeeded! I was thrilled. Now I will use Guardian Safe & Lock to rekey my house! I called to schedule an appointment to have a door lock repaired.
The guy shows up 15 minutes late and says it just needs to be re-keyed. He spent about another 10 minutes on it and presents me a bill for $187 dollars. When I asked him about it he says we charge for a service call plus a minimum of one hour. The proceeds to start telling me a story about why he charges more…whatever. Needless to say, I won’t be calling them again.
