We recently purchased a 2019 Honda Passport. It came with one key fob. So I did a bit of looking around, I found a key fob on Walmart.com (this turned out to be two key fobs) for a great price. I took them to Texas Lock this morning to get them cut and programmed. I can see why they keep earning 5-star reviews. They are polite, professional, and rather quick. They do great work and charge a very fair price. I highly recommend Texas Lock for all your lock needs. I will taking my business there from now on.

I mean at least try to stock up the machine for the variety of styles you advertise. I had ONE option which was annoying but I needed the keys so I just went with it. Had the machine been stocked I would have spent more money to get the styles I actually wanted! Not a machine I will think of using in the near future.

Was told by another locksmith shop that something was wrong with my vehicle and another key could not be made for it after they tried for over 30 minutes. Went here and got a second opinion…walked out 5 minutes later with not only a spare key, but a master key to my vehicle. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff!

My coworker had lost his car key and couldn’t find it for days, after calling several key places in town and not only receiving bad customer service there was at least days to a week out to receive service. I called Anytime Unlock, I talked to someone polite and professional, had a quote within two minutes and secured same day service for my colleague. When I say there was a literal happy dance I’m not lying, thank you so much for providing quick, and professional service to the community.

Phone representative for company Drew, has horrible customer service. He was unsympathetic to me, when I was disputing charges and reporting issues with kiosk he failed to listen to me. Apparently he is his own boss, when things escalated and I demanded to speak to supervisor he said there wasn’t one and I didn’t need one and hung up on me. Yes I admit I did cuss and become loud and upset with Drew but it was after he said, “that the error was my own fault and there was nothing he could do as well as nothing he would do.” After I sarcastically said that, “he was just being lazy and didn’t want to do his job ” he chuckled and then was just completely rude with me after that, and that’s when I started cussing, and he hung up on me. I called again and got him again, I asked for supervisor and he said, “that there wasn’t one, I didn’t need one, and he wasn’t going to refund me and help me” and I said, “So no supervisor, are you your own boss?” He said and mumbled something (not sure but probably was a remark or curse word at me) and Drew hung up on me again. The 3rd time I called, I was pretty much upset completely with Kiosk, Drew, and this company’s customer service, luckily I got Channel (who deserves 5 stars). But because her co-worker Drew, I couldn’t give 5 stars, because that would mean it goes to him as well, and he only actually deserves none to 1 star, but he got the 2 stars I gave to make it 3 stars out of sympathy for him so it wouldn’t effect Channel.
Channel was excellent, she calmed me down, and understood my situation and refunded me and explained how the error probably could have occurred and told me that it actually happens to others a lot. Thank Channel!

Great idea, but there is a very limited selection of the types of key blanks. Instead of a great selection, it has things like captain america keys, state flag keys, etc. It would be much better served if it had a great selection of different types of keys instead of the novelty keys.
