Another huge win for Allen TX and surrounding areas. I needed a door knob and lock fixed. The tech arrived in 20 minutes and fixed in a few minutes. Price was great.

Do not take service from them. First of all no transparent pricing. I called at noon the guy said Ill be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he calls me asking do you want your lock fixed? I said what do you mean you said you were on the way. He said “oh I had a flat tire Ill be there in 40 mins, your a nice guy thats why I am telling you” I said thats ridiculous how are you even further away from me he said I’ll call you back. Then they straight ghosted me. Worse group of people, will give you fake low price but will not honor it. No response to texts or calls. Unbelievable honestly.

Several months ago, the key for my 2015 Ford F-150 broke off the fob. Initially, I attempted to use pliers to start the vehicle, but after two months, the key was severely damaged, and starting the vehicle became impossible. Wanted to change my old door lock with a smart lock. The entire experience from 1st call till lock installation was smooth, seamless and complete professional.
