I made six keys, three worked three did not. At $4.00 a key a 50 percent keys made rate is unacceptable. Made them at Walmart and Walmart will not give refunds. No one answers phone that is displayed on machine.

Above and beyond – A+ rating. Friendly, Courteous, Prompt. Tyler was courteous and even made us a pair of keys for the bedroom door we did not have at no extra charge. We highly recommend to anyone to use this business. We are very grateful and more than satisfied customers.

Explained my situation, said the man who deals with that was not in and would call back and did. Was quoted $297 plus tax to “get in” and I said okay (should have asked the off chance of no entry how much) He was in fact not able to get in. So I was charged $213 (tax included) and a broken door handle which will now have to be fully replaced for the inside of the whole garage door as well OVERALL a bigger headache. If he would have just told me from the get go that it’s not possible (he kept saying it was “what he was thinking” plenty of times) after I explained everything to him then I would have just said “I unfortunately do not need your services, thank you” as I don’t have “what if” money to blow. (Before and after and some damage to the garage door now from the drilling)

I give you half stars. Your machine could only make half of my keys. I asked the Lowes worker and he said “you will have to go get the other four keys at a locksmith’s shop.” There is no point in having duplicates for separate rings that are not complete. I guess you will not take the cut keys back and give me a refund? Of course not. “Caveat emptor” Let the buyer beware.
