He was very professional and quick. He came to my residence less than 10 minutes! He popped my home lock in less than 2 minutes! I definitely recommend! Called at 8pm because I got locked out of my camper. A technician came out and popped my door open at 10:45 pm. The big issue is that he charged 371.52 to do so! He was here for 10 minutes or so with a 40 minute drive, out for less than an hour, and charged 372 dollars. Women who don’t have men around should not use this place, they will take advantage and scam you for as much money as possible.

Edit: I received a partial refund of 179, bringing the total down to 200. 200 is still a lot, but is closer to industry standard and the top end of what I was quoted. Not happy that my partner had to deal with it, but I’m glad I saw the money I needed back.

Easily I could have been ripped off when someone else had told me the lock was not working and had to be changed, but he showed me how it works and only charged me for rekeying 4 commercial doors. I felt like this was a scam. I called about a deadbolt and was told that they would charge $29 to come out and then whatever the cost was for the deadbolt replacement and rekey. When they got there they wanted $650.00!!! I was shocked and they then asked me what I expected to pay. They then tried to sell me on other locks that they claimed weren’t as good as what was going to be put in. After some back and forth I said no thank you, let me just pay you the $29 and you can leave. I then paid via Zelle directly to the person tha came out (Parin) instead of getting an invoice, which I found odd, and never received a receipt even after I called asking for a receipt.

Don’t waste your time with this place. I called Big D Key LLC. Paid $108 and they also came right away. Very nice to deal with too.

The keys worked fine. The problem was the machine stole my $6 bucks. I was using cash but it would not accept one of my one dollar bills. So as I was trying to get change for a 5 from a Lowe’s employee the screen popped up asking if I wanted a refund or no refund. As I was waiting to get change I selected no refund because I wanted to continue with my purchase. But when I chose that button it cancelled the entire purchase and stole my 6 dollars. So I had to redo my purchase and use my credit card. WHY The hell there is an option for choosing no refund during a purchase (as I thought it would send me back to the purchase screen to add more money) is beyond me. Nice way to rip off cash users I guess. Fortunately I was able to buy 2 and get 1 free so I don’t feel like I’ve been completely ripped off by your machine. Do not recommend. Won’t use again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a key-copy machine right inside my local Kroger near the exit. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a replacement made after my daughter lost her house key, so this was perfect timing.
