LIFE SAVER – They don’t make them like they used to, I’m so glad I found Goan! After many unsuccessful attempts from other places to get a simple key cut, the team here knocked out 5 keys faster than any other machine I’ve seen before.

It feels good to support local, I highly recommend using someone with a store front, keys in stock and friendly service

I recently purchased a used vehicle with a single key fob. After researching, I found the dealer pricing to be over $350 for a single key and programming.

I bought two compatible keys for my vehicle online for $40 and took them to Liberty. They were able to cut and program both keys for around $120 total. I was out the door in less than a half an hour with two additional working keys.

The folks running the shop are extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.

Total rip off. I had 4 locks to rekey at a house. I was quoted $30 per lock to rekey. After all of their junk fees they billed me for over $500 dollars!! Never again will I use this service. Never!

I’ll be honest I’ve never received a service from this “establishment” but I do know that the owner “Tim Vickers” thinks there’s a joke in the very unsettling recent news of Renee Good being murder (shot by ice three times in the face). This is absolutely not political that women was murdered in cold blood. Do not support an establishment where the owner thinks it’s cool to make fun of victims murdered by people he only supports because of his political beliefs. The point is no matter where you stand politically or even if you agree with the disgusting murder posting about it online to make fun of her is absolutely disgusting and sick. Also not to mention I called his work to report him for that awful comment he answered the phone and was rude before he even knew who I was or what I was calling about. Awful awful man

I was quite disappointed with my visit. Upon entering, I was assisted by Brandon with not even a simple hello. I explained that I had called and had spoken with someone that stated my bag could be unlocked and re-keyed for $35 with additional keys for $3 each. He Literally said Nothing, but took the bag, unlocked it and handed it back to me. I thanked him and asked about getting it keyed, he replied ‘put your stuff in the bag’, I got ready to do that and asked how long would it possibly take? He shrugged his shoulder and replied, I don’t know, it could be 30 minutes or two hours, you have to leave it. He was so CURT, the bearded co-worker next to him stood up and looked around at him and me. Feeling ABSOLUTELY STUPID for asking, I asked what was the cost to pay so that I could leave. Brandon, I would hope today was just an off day for you. First and last impressions are like scars, they NEVER FADE. Shame on you.

I locked my car keys in my truck while at work and called at 7:51 am. Since calling it has been over an hour and no one has come to help. I tried calling their customer service and there was no response. The person who was supposed to come only called once to confirm that he was coming but I had to call him after 40 minutes of him not showing up. He gave no estimated time of arrival, and only said that he would send someone else. It is currently 9:20 and there has yet to be anyone to come and help. This has been the worst experience I have ever had, and while I wouldn’t want to ever lock my keys in my truck again, if it were to happen I would be sure to use someone else.

The locksmith couldn’t open the door locks. Tried for 35 minutes. Wasn’t really trying to pick the locks but just using a key and hammer to somehow brute force it open. Had to pay $20 “service fee” while still being locked out of my apartment. Had another locksmith come over from a different company who opened the locks within seconds using proper lockpicking tools. FYI they charge $150 for building lockout and will charge $30 for cancellation after booking. This other company charged $85. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Felt like a scam.

The unit did not cut the key I selected even though the key blank was available. The cut key works okay. The problem may have been mine as the instructions were not clear and I was rushed to get the key cut. It was also quite expensive.
