Wow! I’m so grateful and impressed by Ray’s customer service, prompt response time, and efficient work! I had locked myself out of my car in the early A.M. hours while it was still dark out, and I had called 4 other locksmith call centers previously with false promises to call back and hours of silence! I couldn’t even get roadside assistance! Ray picked up immediately, was kind on the phone and in person, and was happy to help! The price was fair and affordable with a small wait time to arrive, and the process was seamless and such a relief! I’m still so absolutely grateful and happy to have had his help! Dan is the man! I believe he’s the manager. I came in to get 2 Jeep keys made for my 94-year-old grandmother’s car, and Dan was extremely professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to get the job done right.

He cut both keys, and the cost was very reasonable. He also recommended programming them to the vehicle. I told him no because I thought I knew how to do it myself. Turns out, I was wrong — it required a special computer to program the keys.

I know he was super busy and probably didn’t have the time, but he stopped what he was doing, walked outside, and programmed both keys for me with no questions asked. That really meant a lot to me because the last thing my 94-year-old grandmother needs to worry about is losing her car keys.

It took him about 30 minutes. He tested every key and made sure everything worked properly. He could have charged me a fortune like the dealership would have, but surprisingly, the price was still super reasonable! 👊🤗
