Very professional, Very Fast and knowledgeable. They Cut and programmed 2 new keys for my F250 in under 30 min. Other mobile shop tried to charge me more for 1 key than they did for 2. Check this place out first before others.

When I first called to book my appointment I got Alex. Alex was a very professional, very intuitive, very knowledgeable. I made the mistake and said I would call him back when I was comparing costs and knowledge along with experience. However, when I called back unfortunately he was not available and I got Alexander. Alexander however, was not very knowledgeable, not very intuitive and very unprofessional it was so embarrassing to see how he talked down to me and talk down to security guards at the hospital who was trying to help me help him by navigating him to our location. Up on meeting him he was tolerable but I could see that he was struggling and he didn’t know what he was doing so he had to call his Superior and eventually they sent Alex to my rescue. I was so very thankful and so very blessed to have Alex help me he know exactly what he was doing got me into the car in no time found me a distributor for my key fob something Alexander could not do. Program my keys for me that’s what Alexander was struggling with. All around I’d say Alex is definitely your go-to when it comes to going to premiere locks. I will definitely call them I go to whenever an incident like this happens; I hope it doesn’t happen again, but if it shall happen again I would most definitely call Alex from premiere. I will definitely recommend him to any and everybody. He was a true Blessing!

Came here to get keys for a shed. The other place couldn’t get the key right, Stacey got it right the first time and she was very quick. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. We definitely will be back for any keys we need in the future.

Horrible communication. Didn’t do the job right. Very unprofessional. After I called him multiple times and text them, they finally stated they couldn’t finish the job right now but will go the next day to. For the next week I called text and he left me on read. Now I have to pay for another rekey. Do not do business with this company.

The guy driving almost ran my me off the road and flicked me off when I honked at him. The way he conducted himself shows the reflection of the business. I have never used this business before, but due to that, I will definitely be avoiding them.

Ran my keys over with my lawnmower and called them up. Within 30 min they were on site and made me 2 FOB keys and a spare regular key. On A Sunday, Will definitely be using them from now on and will recommend them to anyone 🤛🏾👌🏾

Josh was awesome, he came to the rescue and I didn’t have to wait longer than 30 minutes in total. He also was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation. Dropped off my kids, and somehow my key fab went missing! Also gave me a discount!!

Whenever I had keys made before at the automotive section, sometimes the keys were not cut exactly so it would either not work at all or I would have to grind down certain parts to get it to work properly. All 3 keys made at this kiosk worked perfectly. I will definitely use again whenever I need keys made.
