I called last week to make an appointment for today to change locks on three of our doors. Owen arrived on time, did a fantastic job and was so nice. We will be repeat customers. We highly recommend this business! Also, he’s a veteran and we love doing business with people who served our country!

Professional, courteous, responsive, and all about their customers! I had called multiple locksmiths, needing a new fob asap & was given the run around. I called & they answered, they gave me an honest quote and came same day! Hour and a half because my car was giving him issues, but he didn’t give up! Answered all my questions and even gave me a few pointers. Was able to reprogram my old fob, program a new one-both now working great. Alex was my tech, Ricardo is the owner and who I spoke to directly. Very helpful, polite, and you can tell he wants to help his customers, not just make $$$.

So I had 2 keys made, by humans that worked but not that great and then I needed another key so I went to the do it yourself machine…..well it made the best key. Works as good as the original. Will be using again if I have a need.

This service is horrible! I had 3 keys made & they didn’t work! I spent $30 on keys that don’t work & I have absolutely NO WAY to get a refund! Thankfully there was a lumber yard nearby that had a love person that can make keys & came with a will do it right till they work or you we will give you your money back!! I do not recommend wasting your money on a kiosk!

It was an excellent experience. I needed to reprogram a key. I was given a fair estimate over the phone with the assurance that payment was conditional on successful reprogramming. I made an appointment and showed up. Everything worked out fine, thankfully. These are good, honest folks running a family business. They service AAA calls are BBB accredited.
