Somewhat pricey to get a couple of keys made at the grocery store, but you pay for convenience i suppose. The machine did not spit out one of the keys and we had to call the number provided. Customer service was friendly and they refunded the money.

A true locksmith capable of repairing quality door hardware – not just rip & replacement!
I just finished installing the door knob they repaired – it had worn notches from years of use. Two of their team of experienced locksmiths looked at the hardware, determined the problem, and 15 minutes later I left with it repaired! So glad I took it here vs ordering a replacement which would have taken over a week. They’ve always come through for us – I highly recommend them!

From the initial call to the end of service A1 truly lives up to their name. My service tech was professional, very kind, and super efficient. Their pricing is very reasonable and doable. I highly recommend them and they will always be the A1 contact for me!

So expensive…the labor cost was ok but the price for the parts was really high. It was done for my business and I would have understood the cost if they replaced all the lock hardware but all that was replaced was the small key cylinder. Wish I had time to research replacing the locks myself. I wonder if they overpriced me just cause it was for a business. Only use them if you are in dire straights and no one else is available.
