We called at 11:45am on a Friday to have our locks changed at a residence for family member of mine. They quoted us $85 and between a window of 12p-2p. They called us back within 15 min to let us know they were on the way and were done with the work by 12:45p. AND the price ended up only costing us $77 and that was with 3 copies! Thank you so much!!

After my dog destroyed my key fob, I called the dealership who said it would be about $500 plus needed to make an appointment to get it replaced. I called Discount Locksmith and Jason was the best!! He got it done in about 5 mins at almost 1/5 the cost, so I bought two! I highly recommend this place.

Locked my keys in my car by accident so I called this place, gave my info and they said they’d have someone out as soon as possible. Asked for a quote and they said they couldn’t provide one over the phone. Waited an hour and called back to see if they were busy, turns out they didn’t even send anyone my way because all the technicians were booked for the whole day. How can you be booked all day for accidentally getting locked out of a car or home? And if they were booked all day, how come I wasn’t told they couldn’t help me out in the first call? Wasted an hour waiting for nothing

ABC Keys installed a $250 exterior door lock on water heater closet. With the service call it was a $350 investment for a broken lock on a door that is opened maybe once a year. I would’ve preferred they asked me what kind of lock I would’ve liked. I thought they were doing a repair on the existing lock. I
would appreciate a bit more transparency.
