These guys are great! My spare bmw key fob got destroyed and I needed to transfer the internals to another one that I’d ordered off of Amazon. I tried some other locksmiths without any success. I walked into Howard Safe & Lock and they fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it. The fact that they could fix it so fast was amazing; I was starting to think I needed to order a new one from the dealer. The fact that they wouldn’t even accept payment in this day and age of everyone nickel and diming you to death shows their integrity as businessmen. It was a breath of fresh air and made my day!

So impressed with our locksmith tonight, David. He called back within a minute of my calling the main number, gave us a predicted arrival time, and he showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. He was very professional and kind and had the door open within 2 minutes.

When I compare that to the other locksmith we called, it’s a night-and-day difference – they said a locksmith would call me, and I’m still waiting for that call, 90 minutes later, so thank goodness I called Get Locksmith, too. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m storing their number for the next lockout emergency.

Your receptionist Dana needs to learn some customer service skills and watch her tone when speaking with customers. Came off very rude and not helpful. Seems like she’s never had a customer service oriented job in her life. The tech who originally was supposed to help my code a remote key couldn’t do it because of his “software” or “updates”. A manager was supposed to reach out never did. Receptionist wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. What kind of company is this?

Felipe was very helpful and professional. He came over in 30 min and was upfront about the price. Had to drill out the old lock and at first the new parts didn’t quite fit right, but he spent almost an hour tinkering with it until he figured it out. Now it looks great! Really appreciate him taking the time to do it right, especially on New Years night!

It was my first time using their service when I got locked out of my truck. The representative on the phone was really tentative and easy to talk to. The technician they sent was reasonably quick to arrive and was very polite and professional. She took care to not damage my door or windows in the process and the price I paid wasn’t too bad neither. I would definitely trust to call on them again if I ever need such service in the future! I called up Golden and talked to Johnnie. He was able to fit me in the next day for a new key fob for my 2015 Toyota Camry. He kept me updated on his schedule and his ETA. When he arrived he was done with the work in 20 minutes or less. So far the key works exactly as expected, I am finally unable to lock and unlock my car using the fob. The key itself starts the vehicle and I have no problems with the ignition. Great communication, great service, and solid price for everything he did. 10/10 would recommend for all your Key needs.

My experience was great, I originally called the dealership and was told I had to schedule an appointment and it would be 3 hours and 300+ dollars. I reached out to Quick Key and the gentleman arrived in 15 min. It took him 5 min to re program my key and only cost me $195. Excellent and friendly service.

Oliver came to change out my locks on my new home. He did a fantastic job, I was able to purchase my own lock kit from Home Depot and he installed them seamlessly and even took the time to set my codes with me. Great and fast service! I needed a car key made and had been turned away at two hardware stores as they didn’t have the chip key needed. I brought it to AAA and they not only had the key, it was comparably cheap to Home Depot and Lowe’s! The whole process took less than 10 mins and was about great, they even offered to check it before charging me.
