Great friendly service! Jason responded to my message promptly and came to my home to help with our issue. He had the car unlocked quickly and made new keys for it on the spot. Very fair pricing, IMHO. Recommended!

It’s tough to get a hold of someone to meet at this business or location. No one returns calls, but when you do finally get someone, the service was done right for me. Most of these key businesses seem to now prefer a mobile approach for more urgent problems people have. Sad to say, but automated key making machines are flooding the marketplace, taking most of the less urgent issues of making or wanting extra keys away. The problem for me and most people are having is that it is now harder to find skilled locksmiths when those faulty machines or less skilled storeclerks can’t make specialty keys or master keys for businesses.

I reached out to Anchor Safe and Lock to ask for help installing new door locks and handles on 5 doors. Vernon came out and was very kind to my wife while I wasn’t there, which is great. I have to say that he did an outstanding job. The locks and handles all look very good without any scratches around them. They look sharp and very well installed, and that makes me very happy. Will be using him again for any other lock needs.
