Jason unlocked my doors after a battery failure. He was very fast, courteous and helpful. I will never call anyone else for future needs. Even my dog liked him and you know they are great judges of character.

Like many reviews ahead of mine, if I could give a zero or even a negative number for a review I would……not sure how they have stayed in business as long as they have. Customer Service, such as answering the phone or returning a message, is below normal. Used them almost 30 years and it’s like I have waited that long to get a call back…..don’t waste your time, move on to another company who actually has some mentality to answer a phone. Do better Landon’s.

I reached out to Anchor Safe and Lock to ask for help installing new door locks and handles on 5 doors. Vernon came out and was very kind to my wife while I wasn’t there, which is great. I have to say that he did an outstanding job. The locks and handles all look very good without any scratches around them. They look sharp and very well installed, and that makes me very happy. Will be using him again for any other lock needs.
