Raymond is the BEST! I hired him under the pretence of just switching out my smart lock and what started as one task devolved into him fixing everything that has to do with my home security. He ran multiple errands to home depot and didn’t try to rush the process and made sure that I was able to practice all the smart systems before moving on to anything else. The man knows his craft! 10/10 recommend.

This family-owned business deserves a 5/5 as they were friendly, polite and quick. I had previously tried to get a spare key (fob and key) for my car and the vendor at Costco (Car Keys Express) had been unable to. Price was pretty similar from what I recall!

PS. Also checked with the dealership which was over double the price!!

It was easy to put my key in the machine without removing it from the key ring. I selected a post office “Do Not Duplicate” key and the machine told me they would have to mail it to me in a few days. Buy two keys, get one free, with free shipping. Sounds good. I enter my order, get a confirmation email, and my order gets cancelled a couple of days later. They have good morals, would not duplicate the key and issued me an apology email, and a swift refund. It frustrates me that I can not get a few extra post office keys for my own personal use. I understand why, it just doesn’t sit well with me.
Key Me was easy, fun, cheap, and easy to use to get keys made fast.

Normally when I’ve used the kiosk the key has come out perfect and working just fine even if I don’t pay the extra to chisel the teeth in the key. This key didn’t work for my apartment door at all for some reason and
I feel that it was a waste of $10.80
