I was in the area today and decided to stop by this place since it was literally next door lol! (Dropping off a package) My car key fob was messed up and was wondering if there was anything that could be done for it. An employee named Ray was there and was VERY helpful with my problem! Unfortunately he didn’t have the right kind of battery that my key needed BUT he was able to show me how to replace the battery myself and what kind of battery it needed☺️ I will DEFINITELY make this my go-to business for my key/locksmith issues. I only give 4/5 since he didn’t have the battery on-hand lol. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Out of 5 ⭐s!

I locked my keys in my truck and was stressing out all day out to fix it. I then reached out to Augies and they came to where I was in 20 minutes and got my keys out in about 5 minutes also not to mention how nice these guys were in person and over the phone. Great service!!!!

Excellent, skillful technicians came out to unlock my car within an hour for a very fair price. Had my car unlocked in about two seconds (talk about a professional!!) and let me get back to my work and life quickly WITHOUT any damage to my vehicle. Rick you!! Highly recommend. I hope to never need their services again to get my car open, but would happily call them again should I need their assistance.
