I called Leinos because i locked my keys in my semi truck, they advised me it would take 30-40 mins for them to get to me, Tyler arrived in about 20-25 mins of initial call! Soon as he made it he sprung into action and got my doors unlocked within 10 mins! Great service great communication and very knowledgeable of what they are doing! Good honest ppl that i would recommend to anyway in the North houston area

I had a problem with a deadbolt on my front door. I called and Bret came over very quickly and had the problem resolved just as quickly-and seeing Deputy was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Cody did a fantastic job of figuring out what I messed up when I tried to reprogram my kwikset lock. He re-keyed all doors and took the time to address a deadbolt that wasn’t aligned. Great customer service and professional work. Highly recommend this company and a shout out to Cody for his knowledge and professionalism!

Read the reviews before hiring. I’m not the first person this has happened to.

I set up an appointment yesterday for locksmith services for today. Yesterday I got called from 2 seperate numbers informing me of my appointment, one of which included the estimated price of $150-$180 for my service and address. The appointment was initially set for 10am. The appointment was then rescheduled 3 times for the same date with calls from 2 different numbers from which I was initially contacted.

The technician came and finished his services and the called me to notify me of the total, $385.

He stated he was contracted on and that I would need to settle the difference with Poteet Locksmith.

I called Poteet Locksmith and without even asking for a location the lady on the phone tells me that she doesn’t see my service request. I proceeded to merge her with the contractor on the other line. I explained the situation again, she claimed that I must have hired another company hung up the phone.

I explained to the technician the price I was quoted and that I was not paying more than that. I understand if it was a $20-$40 difference but it was more than double my initial quote.

I called poteet back and the same lady answered the phone, telling me that she heard the technician say he would drop the price to $280 and that she was able to find the request and that I should pay the $280 because there was nothing more she was going to do about the price.

She said the price difference is something I would need to figure out between myself and the technician(contractor).

I explained that the customer should not be held responsible for miscommunication in pricing between Poteet Locksmith (the company I hired) and the technician (contractor) they hired and she said she had nothing else to discuss with me, the price was final and the only thing she could do was put me on hold. I was on hold for 3 minutes with no response.

I called the contractor back directly and he agreed to honor the price I was given of $180.

There is absolutely no reason to have the customer argue about pricing with a contractor they themselves hired. If it had been disclosed from the beginning then I would have been more understanding. No communication on the possible price change once the service was done and an absolute lack of professionalism from the person in the office. Terrible experience.

I just had two sets of keys cut for my 1968 cadillac Deville. I actually found a vintage set of original gold key blanks that they were able to perfectly match and cut for me. They cut the keys and tested them on the car to ensure they worked smoothly. 💪 great customer service, very friendly, and only took only a few minutes to do the job. I highly recommend you come here. Great little shop, they will take care of you!!

I called this company to get Locksmith services scheduled. They told me they were way too busy that day and that I should call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I said I wasn’t in a rush and I could do it whenever it worked for them. So they told me the next day at 11am would work, so we set it up. Next day, I am sitting at the location where I needed services at 11:30 and no one had shown up. I called them to check in and it was clear and obvious the scheduler forgot to even put me on the schedule. But the 1-star review isn’t because of the mistake. It’s because they didn’t take any ownership of the fact that this was their fault or do anything to fix it. So what did they tell me to do… Call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I haven’t used Peter’s services yet, but maybe I can save you the trouble of calling this company and I guess just call Peter instead. That’s what they will tell you to do…

Okay first of all this place is awesome! I called ahead of time ask for price they told me to price, when I got there the price was exactly what they told me. I literally got some water from their little water machine and sat down, by the time I sat down and looked up at the television they were already done! I was utterly shocked, thinking that was it it was that fast and yes it was that fast! Did not even take 2 minutes! This place I will recommend they do cars they do locks they do homes everything they do it this place is awesome I recommend it for speed and quality definitely will be using these people again!!!!

A real true to life Locksmith store. I was wowed and so happy to know that Griffin Locksmith was here. You don’t need a Locksmith until you need one. We had a specialty key that needed duplicates the big box stores in our area were unable to assist. I was welcomed into the store- helped right away – I felt as though I had stepped back in time. Customer Service – a smoke, chatting. As a customer I was not in their way interrupting the employees scrolling… they engaged with me and showed me grateful appreciation. The stock in the store is amazing too. I won’t be buying locks anyway but Griffin from here on out. Thank you Griffin Locksmith!
