I had my deceased father’s briefcase rekeyed there. It’s older than me and my daughter wanted to carry it. I told them the specialness and of it. The service received was excellent. They were professional and friendly and went above and beyond. They created a special key and even engraved his initials in the key. I was so moved that I cried and I know this will bring tears to my daughter’s eyes as well when she opens it for Christmas.

I’m so glad we went with this service! Jacob did such an amazing job. I’m so embarrassed I put off getting a set of spare keys for so long.
