I have a 2017 dodge charger. I asked for a new key fob to be made for me which mister Miguel offered his services. Upon arrival I was charged $300 fee for a new key fob, after almost 1 hour (we have the call logs and time stamps from our insurance company “AAA” ) mister Miguel was able to program a “new” key fob. Fast forward a couple days later I press the buttons on my fob to unlock my car, to no avail, I paid no mind given the fact I just bought a BRAND NEW KEY FOB or so I thought. 2 days later after this incident I push start my car, no response. Today , my car is currently on and running and my key fob is locked inside the car, since when can that happen ?! Called Lews lock-out for help , was conveniently charged service for a “lock out” and a “free battery for the fob “ since apparently the key fob battery might just be dead or low (words of mister miguel 35 years of experience) you would think that for 300 bucks you’d get a brand spanking new key fob that gives no trouble, how convenient if you ask me, Give customers faulty fobs so that they get locked out and and then “save the day” by charging to come open their car. Good thing everything is recorded I’ll just talk to triple A
