I called key me locksmith about a tow hitch pin lock with no key. The locksmith was there in 20 minutes.Dusty got the hitch pin cut off.It took 2 metal cutting disc to get stainless steel 5/8 bolt
Cut off. It was very hard and timely to finally get it cut off.Dusty would not stop until job was done.

We were stranded out of town at midnight after somehow losing our only car key (yes… after unlocking the car 🤦‍♀️). Rush Lock Inc. came through like absolute lifesavers! They showed up fast, worked even faster, and were beyond professional from start to finish. The price was surprisingly reasonable, especially for an emergency late night call. If you’re ever in a jam, trust me, these are the folks you want on your side. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it!

I’ll be honest I’ve never received a service from this “establishment” but I do know that the owner “Tim Vickers” thinks there’s a joke in the very unsettling recent news of Renee Good being murder (shot by ice three times in the face). This is absolutely not political that women was murdered in cold blood. Do not support an establishment where the owner thinks it’s cool to make fun of victims murdered by people he only supports because of his political beliefs. The point is no matter where you stand politically or even if you agree with the disgusting murder posting about it online to make fun of her is absolutely disgusting and sick. Also not to mention I called his work to report him for that awful comment he answered the phone and was rude before he even knew who I was or what I was calling about. Awful awful man

S550 key fob was the main event in a 3 ring circus today!! Car won’t open or start, remote not detectable!!! 3 tow companies were no help with lockout. At 6pm on a hot dusty Friday night I called Rapid Key and Lock and the owner gave me hope. Inquired on what the others tried and said let us give it a try and if we can’t open it NO CHARGE!! The owner called tech Isiah T. he was there in 30 minutes. Went above and beyond with care and great customer service. I hope I don’t ever get locked out again but if I do I know who to call.

Jeremy was super responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and an all-around great guy who went above and beyond when he cut and programmed a new key for my car. VERY reasonably priced and saved me the money and hassle of going to a dealership. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a used vehicle with a single key fob. After researching, I found the dealer pricing to be over $350 for a single key and programming.

I bought two compatible keys for my vehicle online for $40 and took them to Liberty. They were able to cut and program both keys for around $120 total. I was out the door in less than a half an hour with two additional working keys.

The folks running the shop are extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.

The locksmith couldn’t open the door locks. Tried for 35 minutes. Wasn’t really trying to pick the locks but just using a key and hammer to somehow brute force it open. Had to pay $20 “service fee” while still being locked out of my apartment. Had another locksmith come over from a different company who opened the locks within seconds using proper lockpicking tools. FYI they charge $150 for building lockout and will charge $30 for cancellation after booking. This other company charged $85. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Felt like a scam.
