They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air

I just heard about Gibson Key from someone I do business with. In the past I have used other sources for spare Keys and such. Let me tell you these guys know their stuff. They made me replacement keys that worked great! While I was in their shop I inquired about electronic key fobs and replacements. They told me that they could replace the fob for my car and told me the price. It was a good chunk of change, but they said if I had the parts from the old fob, they might be able to help. WELL DONE MATT! Thank you! He fix the Fob! I can not say enough great things about these kind gentleman.

Great customer service!! They did a great Job with my vw jetta key! Looked around many places and nobody worked with european car keys… and the vw dealership charged more than double what i payed! definitely recommend!!

I called Cofield looking to get a key made for my truck. 4 other people around Franklin recommended him. Without a doubt it was worth it. I made a call to the office and we set up a 2pm appointment the same day. He was on time and had me up and running in under 30 minutes. A real true to life Locksmith store. I was wowed and so happy to know that Griffin Locksmith was here. You don’t need a Locksmith until you need one. We had a specialty key that needed duplicates the big box stores in our area were unable to assist. I was welcomed into the store- helped right away – I felt as though I had stepped back in time. Customer Service – a smoke, chatting. As a customer I was not in their way interrupting the employees scrolling… they engaged with me and showed me grateful appreciation. The stock in the store is amazing too. I won’t be buying locks anyway but Griffin from here on out. Thank you Griffin Locksmith!
