I can’t say enough about Denton Lock and Key. Jeff was personable, professional, and efficient. We were having trouble with the dead bolts on some of our doors and Jeff was very thorough about what needed to be done to get all of the locks and doors in good working order. He ended up having to rekey all of the locks and made the necessary adjustments to the locks, doors, and striker plates. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We run a plumbing company in Dallas called Workman Plumbing and needed extra keys made for several of our RAM service vans. We had tried a couple of other locksmiths before and honestly had a bad experience. We were sold generic keys but charged as if they were original RAM keys, and they didn’t last. The locks would unlock and then immediately lock again. Just frustrating all around.

We ended up finding David with Lockstar Locksmith after seeing his reviews, and I’m really glad we did. He met us all at one location since we had multiple vans, showed up exactly when he said he would, and took care of everything efficiently.

The keys he made for us are high quality, true dealership style keys. They feel just like the originals from when we first got the vans. Big difference compared to what we had before.
He charged exactly what he quoted, no surprises, and was professional and knowledgeable the entire time. On top of that, his service van was spotless and extremely well organized, which we always notice and respect as a service company ourselves.

David is just a genuinely nice guy who clearly takes pride in his work. We really appreciate the help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Five stars

For the record I called 3 other shops before I called Triple R. All three were Google answered to companies that are call centers only that end up hiring a locksmith for you and tack on unnecessary fees brought to you by Google. When I called them they were polite and professional. I spoke with Trevor who was very patient with all my questions and very helpful. Also had the pleasure of speaking with Ted who I understand is Trevor’s dad. Both were top professional to speak with. If you are looking for a legit company to work with save yourself the time and hassle of calling anywhere and use these guys. Highly recommended!!!

My first time using Allen’s Safe and Locksmith of Lewisville. I had a safe that needed to be mounted securely, and I called around and received some disrespectful quotes. Allen’s Safe, and the gentleman I spoke with; KC, quoted a fair price. Also, an added benefit was they had immediate availability, where others we’re posting three to 10 days out before they could assist with disrespectful prices. When KC arrived, communication was very good. He had this safe secure in a small amount of time because he knew what he was doing. I called this company to get Locksmith services scheduled. They told me they were way too busy that day and that I should call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I said I wasn’t in a rush and I could do it whenever it worked for them. So they told me the next day at 11am would work, so we set it up. Next day, I am sitting at the location where I needed services at 11:30 and no one had shown up. I called them to check in and it was clear and obvious the scheduler forgot to even put me on the schedule. But the 1-star review isn’t because of the mistake. It’s because they didn’t take any ownership of the fact that this was their fault or do anything to fix it. So what did they tell me to do… Call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I haven’t used Peter’s services yet, but maybe I can save you the trouble of calling this company and I guess just call Peter instead. That’s what they will tell you to do…

with the ‘on-line’ option, multiple key cuts should be presented earlier in the process. that being said, the automated attendant, the easy to use interface, and the quickness and accuracy of the keys is wonderful.. Locksmiths beware, the machine is awesome!

I called back and said he hung up on me and his response was “How may I help you” customer service is so damn poor and I’m already having a stressful morning with this issue and he just made it worse. A true locksmith capable of repairing quality door hardware – not just rip & replacement!

I just finished installing the door knob they repaired – it had worn notches from years of use. Two of their team of experienced locksmiths looked at the hardware, determined the problem, and 15 minutes later I left with it repaired! So glad I took it here vs ordering a replacement which would have taken over a week. They’ve always come through for us – I highly recommend them!

Steven from Securitex helped us with an exterior door that was thicker than the (store bought) door levers & deadbolt would account for. Two day schedule to arrival (which was reasonable) and with some modifications and longer mounting bolts (not big box store available), Steven installed the lever and deadbolt perfectly. Nice tight fit and with a very reasonable install price. Very courteous, professional and reasonable service👍
