Cody did a fantastic job of figuring out what I messed up when I tried to reprogram my kwikset lock. He re-keyed all doors and took the time to address a deadbolt that wasn’t aligned. Great customer service and professional work. Highly recommend this company and a shout out to Cody for his knowledge and professionalism!

Scheduled to have someone come out last Friday and reprogram my Key Fob, but no one showed up. We reached out and were told someone would be there tomorrow, Saturday came and someone did show up, we brought him my keys and expected that he would reprogram the key as discussed…
Instead we came out and found he left my keys in my car, the door open to the car in the driveway and left without saying a word. We were having the key fob replaced because our other vehicle was STOLEN from the exact same driveway the night before, where he left my open car with the keys in it. We called the tech who came out and found out he had done nothing while he was there, we have been trying to get in touch with them or the business since Saturday & no one has returned our calls. Just a very unprofessional & odd experience all around.
