Called at 8pm because I got locked out of my camper. A technician came out and popped my door open at 10:45 pm. The big issue is that he charged 371.52 to do so! He was here for 10 minutes or so with a 40 minute drive, out for less than an hour, and charged 372 dollars. Women who don’t have men around should not use this place, they will take advantage and scam you for as much money as possible.

Edit: I received a partial refund of 179, bringing the total down to 200. 200 is still a lot, but is closer to industry standard and the top end of what I was quoted. Not happy that my partner had to deal with it, but I’m glad I saw the money I needed back.

The keys worked fine. The problem was the machine stole my $6 bucks. I was using cash but it would not accept one of my one dollar bills. So as I was trying to get change for a 5 from a Lowe’s employee the screen popped up asking if I wanted a refund or no refund. As I was waiting to get change I selected no refund because I wanted to continue with my purchase. But when I chose that button it cancelled the entire purchase and stole my 6 dollars. So I had to redo my purchase and use my credit card. WHY The hell there is an option for choosing no refund during a purchase (as I thought it would send me back to the purchase screen to add more money) is beyond me. Nice way to rip off cash users I guess. Fortunately I was able to buy 2 and get 1 free so I don’t feel like I’ve been completely ripped off by your machine. Do not recommend. Won’t use again.
