Michael’s Keys has completed two projects for me. First, they moved and secured a gun safe we were gifted, and second, they replaced the locks at my office. Both trips were efficient and professional, and everything worked out.

You can tell Brent loves what he does. His work van is like a Santa’s toy shop for locksmiths. I can’t imagine he runs into many jobs he can’t solve right there on the spot.

Issac is amazing. I had another locksmith try to make and program the key fob to my SUV and they could not do it. Issac did it for me in under 25 minutes and diagnosed and fixed my other key as well. Professional while doing amazing work at a fair price. I definitely recommend him.

Living in what was my grandparent’s century old house, for the past quarter of the century, and being around the neighborhood for nearly three quarters of a century, I had no idea that they were tucked away on East Lancaster two blocks from me. Pay no attention to the naysayer reviews, for these guys are very clear what they can and can not do, don’t suffer fools gladly, which could be interpreted as rudeness, but are also very personable. They are very fair in their pricing, and offer great service. I will be using them again in the future for more specialized work, and will add to my review then. Highly recommended.

A true locksmith capable of repairing quality door hardware – not just rip & replacement!

I just finished installing the door knob they repaired – it had worn notches from years of use. Two of their team of experienced locksmiths looked at the hardware, determined the problem, and 15 minutes later I left with it repaired! So glad I took it here vs ordering a replacement which would have taken over a week. They’ve always come through for us – I highly recommend them!

I bought a safe from these guys and it has been a year but they gave me a safe that was not inspected correctly and as sold with issues just barely after a year. They wanted to charge me for the locking bolts falling off. Can’t open the safe now, they told me I needed to leave my safe open. How does that make sense it’s a safe not a closet.
Now they won’t help me!
