It was good, it’s just I went in with cash in hand expecting to pay that way and saw there wasn’t a choice. It was card only so I had to use my card instead. I would had preferred to use my cash. But it works fine. Thank you

I only gave it 3 stars because one key did not fit my door. The other reason, the location of where stores put these are so horrible, you literally have to hunt for them now. But mainly because one of the keys didn’t fit and the other 2 keys stick really bad. Other than that, I like these machines because they are convenient and you don’t have to deal with horrible customer service. Maybe that is why technology is replacing actual humans. People take for granted that they have a job and are rude to customers. So changing it back to 4 stars. Haha

Left my key fob in the middle of my console of my 2011 Lincoln MKS… Did not know the key code to get in, so I called Pop-A-Lock… They arrived with in the hour. Took 25 seconds to pop my car open…. The price was incredibly reasonable.
Will call again and I do recommend highly.
