He changed all of my locks in my house and reprogrammed my garage door openers and did a great job. However, he brought his wife with him and she touched my things in my kitchen without asking like it was hers…and was nosey about my stuff.

Several months ago, the key for my 2015 Ford F-150 broke off the fob. Initially, I attempted to use pliers to start the vehicle, but after two months, the key was severely damaged, and starting the vehicle became impossible. The dealership quoted nearly $400 per key, requiring an in-person visit. I searched online and found Lone Star Locksmith Services with excellent ratings. I contacted them, and Jacob promptly came to my residence, providing an outstanding service. I now have two new keys and fobs, including a valet key, all completed at my home. Nice people but complete waste of money. Needed keys made quick, pulled up and confirmation that key could be made was fast. Paid $60 for 2 keys, dropped them off, and I wake up to calls that neither key works at 6AM. Maybe I came on the wrong day but the guy was really nice at least. Might go better with a different key type

Do not take service from them. First of all no transparent pricing. I called at noon the guy said Ill be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he calls me asking do you want your lock fixed? I said what do you mean you said you were on the way. He said “oh I had a flat tire Ill be there in 40 mins, your a nice guy thats why I am telling you” I said thats ridiculous how are you even further away from me he said I’ll call you back. Then they straight ghosted me. Worse group of people, will give you fake low price but will not honor it. No response to texts or calls. Unbelievable honestly.
