We were passing through town over the holidays (entire family + dog in tow). When we stopped for lunch our car wouldn’t restart due to a faulty FOB. He changed all of my locks in my house and reprogrammed my garage door openers and did a great job. However, he brought his wife with him and she touched my things in my kitchen without asking like it was hers…and was nosey about my stuff.

Another huge win for Allen TX and surrounding areas. I needed a door knob and lock fixed. The tech arrived in 20 minutes and fixed in a few minutes. Price was great.

If you are looking for a locksmith move on to the next one these guys are a big rip off. I would leave no stars if it were an option. I locked myself out of my house they wouldn’t give me an estimate but said $29 off the top for service call after drilling my door knob to get it open he said $297 for the work & $39 for service call. $336. Highway robber & $10 over initial quote. Guy requested I pay with Zelle I’m sure it was so I couldn’t dispute the charge. It’s freaking the end of the month & Chrisrmas this charge put me into a deep state of depression. Shame on them

My key broke in half to my truck called up Aztec charging me over 300 dollars to get it replaced then called ABC lock&key way way less than 100 dollars. Great service great price and very professional.

I do not recommend this company. I needed a remote made for my truck and set an appointment for two days later. Called after waiting an extra 45 minutes and he said he told me he would be by sometime that day, and that he was in another city helping. So I called the office number and they confirmed appt but that he was a franchisee and they could not do anything about it. They said write a bad review. Got a remote made the next day from reputable locksmith.
