I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Locksmith Guys in Denison. After my house caught fire about a week ago, I had no access to my car keys and contacted this company for help.

The technician charged me $350 for a replacement key that did not work properly. During testing, he had to jump-start my vehicle and opened the hood.

Shortly after he left, while driving about 60 mph on the highway, my hood flew open, tore off the hinges, and shattered my windshield. This created a serious safety hazard, and I am thankful no one was injured.

The hood had been opened during the service and was not secured before I left. The company is now blaming a supposed issue with my hood latch instead of taking responsibility. My vehicle is no longer drivable, leaving me without transportation.

I would strongly advise others to use caution before using this company.

Beware. I asked Sure Lock to come pick the turning door knob on my house. I was told it was not pickable which is untrue, they tried airbags and then destroyed my doorknob by drilling it. I could have done that myself. They sent an unexperienced tech out and then tried to charge me 699$! Bad people and bad business. I google how much to drill a door knob and it returns 150$ to 250$. I google if Schlage is unpickable and it returns no. The least they could do is tell you its seven hundred bucks so you can tell them to get gone.

Today I needed assistance getting someone’s two year old out of a vehicle. The employee was professional and arrived quickly to assist. Seeing that the vehicle owner could not afford the unlocking, he paid for the service himself.

The machine is in nearly inoperable condition. Last time i tried using it i used cash and the machine took my money and walmart refused to refund me. Now the new keys i had cut dont even work for my house so ive wasted more money. Seeking legal advice because i want my money back and no one has tried to even help. Not even minute keys customer service will help. Will definitely be filing a consumer complaint.
