Great customer service!! They did a great Job with my vw jetta key! Looked around many places and nobody worked with european car keys… and the vw dealership charged more than double what i payed! definitely recommend!!

Beware. I asked Sure Lock to come pick the turning door knob on my house. I was told it was not pickable which is untrue, they tried airbags and then destroyed my doorknob by drilling it. I could have done that myself. They sent an unexperienced tech out and then tried to charge me 699$! Bad people and bad business. I google how much to drill a door knob and it returns 150$ to 250$. I google if Schlage is unpickable and it returns no. The least they could do is tell you its seven hundred bucks so you can tell them to get gone.

To the gentleman at the Willis ACE Hardware, after about 6 different stops looking for a deadbolt lockset for a 2.5 thick door, he suggested I visit Dawson Safe & Lock. The crew at Dawson Safe & Lock were unexpectedly FANTASTIC! I couldn’t be happier with the complete knowledge, skills, and abilities of this business. I was at the point of feeling I was looking for unobtanium, but these guys were calm, cool, collected, and repaired my original lockset in under 30 minutes. I had thrown the keys, and bolt away in disgust after trying to rebuild it. This crew discovered the initial lockset was falling apart, and damaged internally.
