Several months ago, the key for my 2015 Ford F-150 broke off the fob. Initially, I attempted to use pliers to start the vehicle, but after two months, the key was severely damaged, and starting the vehicle became impossible. Great customer service!! They did a great Job with my vw jetta key! Looked around many places and nobody worked with european car keys… and the vw dealership charged more than double what i payed! definitely recommend!!
