We were passing through town over the holidays (entire family + dog in tow). When we stopped for lunch our car wouldn’t restart due to a faulty FOB. European cars expert/ excellent service
One day I was at the mall with my family and my Audi suddenly decided not to recognize the key (chip failure) so I couldn’t start the vehicle to take me back home. After calling ten different companies, it turned out none of them could do anything about it because “European cars are really hard to work with,” and they all said I’d have to take it to the dealership—which would’ve meant an absurd amount of time and money.

One day, as my last hope, I called another locksmith company, and they recommended Juan from “Chief locks and Auto”. He literally saved the day. He was incredibly professional throughout the whole process—communication, the repair itself—and he explained in detail how he would transfer the data from the old key to the new one.

He pulled it off, and I had my car back in less time and for way less money. Juan, you’re the best.

My appointment was for noon they didn’t show up in till 12:40. They opened my broken gun safe in just under an hour and then charged me $550. Unbelievable! Me and my wife were shocked at the price. The two stars are for the late arrival and the unreasonable price. Make sure you get a quote. Don’t depend on people to have fair pricing.
