This father-son team has the skill set, experience and knowledge to take care of all your locksmith needs. Todd and Gerald worked through a few issues we were having with our key fob replacement and Todd was able to get the new fob programed in more than a timely manner. They were both efficient, professional and the service was affordable! My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of service we received. A real true to life Locksmith store. I was wowed and so happy to know that Griffin Locksmith was here. You don’t need a Locksmith until you need one. We had a specialty key that needed duplicates the big box stores in our area were unable to assist. I was welcomed into the store- helped right away – I felt as though I had stepped back in time. Customer Service – a smoke, chatting. As a customer I was not in their way interrupting the employees scrolling… they engaged with me and showed me grateful appreciation. The stock in the store is amazing too. I won’t be buying locks anyway but Griffin from here on out. Thank you Griffin Locksmith!

The first key I made for a master lock was perfect however the second key I was going to make for my RV storage compartments wasn’t so good. I put the original key in as directed and I don’t know what went wrong but the key moved slightly to the right and the machine had a error said pull the key out. When I pull the key out ALL the teeth where gone all of them, I had nothing but a blank key. I had to order 3 new locks from Amazon for the storage compartments cost me $30.

Waste of money on non-working keys. The machine did have the right key design, but did not let me choose it. It forced on me the design that was wrong, so none of the keys would fit. The store said they could not refund the money and they I had to go through the machine owners.

Researched European auto repair shops in the College station/Bryan area and found that this one was newer and had some good ratings. Was looking for a dealership alternative for my BMW. Just decided to order some tires off their website and plan a service trip for some maintenance items to test them out. The day before my appointment, I got a call from a service writer Explaining some confusing stipulations regarding the availability of tires provided by a third-party through their website. The detail included notes about how I’ve gotten a good deal, but there would be no warranty.
Come back to clarify the voice message. The service writer was not available, but the receptionist decided it was in her purview to step in and explain more about the confusion. She had no idea what she was talking about, and when I pushed back on the fact that regardless of what the production status was for the tires I selected, Michelin should stand behind the warranty as stated on the website at the time of purchase. She knew nothing but insisted again that I got a great deal and if I still wanted the tires, there would be no warranty. Stupid someone completely uninvolved should stick their nose into the issue and create a bigger mess with a customer. I waited four hours for a return call From the service writer, who was “momentarily away from his desk” when I had called earlier. The surface writer continued the confusion and after some back-and-forth, I concluded these people were unreliable and unaccountable, and canceled my transaction.

It’s unfortunate that even amid such high prices for auto service these days, people don’t know how to stand behind products and services and properly manage communication with customers. As I stated on the phone to the service rider, I was looking to place my loyalty in hopes of finding someone who was knowledgeable and caring about my car.

Outstanding full service locksmith shop with so much more to offer than just keys, or locks and services. They have high end gun and rifle lock cabinets and quality well trained staff. I went in to have my spare auto FOB key battery replaced, and the team member Corbin, who helped me, first meter-checked the non-working remote battery to make sure it wasn’t another issue. It was a great experience overall with my questions answered politely and with a pleasant attitude. I ended getting 2 new batteries for both remotes and the price was better than expected. This will become my family’s go to locksmith in Tomball, TX.

Absolutely amazing service! They made a perfect copy of my Toyota key, including the built-in immobilizer and alarm, super fast and completely hassle-free. The staff were professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. Prices were honest and very fair, and they even helped me out on a holiday — that’s real customer service!

The store is spotless, well organized, and fully stocked with everything you might need — batteries for cars, motorcycles, and all kinds of devices, plus key fobs, phone repairs, light bulbs, and more. I also love their battery recycling program and the Dallas Cowboys promotion, such a cool idea!

I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service, fair prices, and people who truly go above and beyond.

Two keys (copies of one) worked perfectly the first time I tried them. A very few Steps (three) clearly outlined what to do and the process was unbelievably simple. Very quite machining as key copies were made. I walked away singing the praises of the engineering. All this at a grocery store chain.
