I called Leinos because i locked my keys in my semi truck, they advised me it would take 30-40 mins for them to get to me, Tyler arrived in about 20-25 mins of initial call! Soon as he made it he sprung into action and got my doors unlocked within 10 mins! Great service great communication and very knowledgeable of what they are doing! Good honest ppl that i would recommend to anyway in the North houston area

The only issue I have with the kiosk is u can’t go back if u change your mind about how many keys u want. It took my money and ofcourse was not happy bout that but other then that it was good quality keys and they all worked

My fiancé called about needed a lock replacement for the door charging us over $200 guy came out and did it less than 8 minutes but looking upon how it was placed and was not placed properly this job and parts was not worth over $200 look at the pictures. I understand its a old door but your tech could have called you and said hey its not fitting properly and not doing nothing about it. This is how service is in 2025 this is beyond sad.

Bubba was able to resolve my car key issue over the phone. He acted as an honest man, he could have easily insisted on coming out and charging me a service call fee. Instead he let me know my car didn’t have a chip and that my spare key would work in the ignition. Thank you again! I will be recommending your business to friends, family and strangers.

I highly recommend this company. They came out to me within 2 hours of me calling. I got a great deal on 2 new key fob remotes with programming. My tech Sam was amazing, has great communication and was here only for a hour. Great service with a great price. Again I highly recommend. Thank you!

Purchased four keys, none of the four worked. The keys would not even enter the key lock hole at all. I did reach out to customer service who was friendly and willing to reimburse loss of funds.
