They broke my lock not picked and charged me 530 bucks. Wasn’t told broke lock until examined later after payment. Was busy with grandfather who died hours ago. Then guy makes comment how it’s good thing or some fortune cookie nonsense.

I compared the key to my original it was perfect! This other store was so off and it was a Hello Kitty Customized I spent $12 I will continue to get duplicate keys from you from now . Thank You!

I was skeptical that this key would work, but I gave it a try. The delivery took about two weeks because my car required a chip key, which was not available at the kiosk. The key arrived and worked perfectly.

Initially was confusing as key selections look like specialty keys. I wanted a plain ordinary key with no initials or logos. Had to call to ask which key picture to use for a plain key. Was told use first one on left which had initials in which I thought I would get a plain key. To my dismay I got a brass key with initials which I really didn’t want but am now stuck with it!!!
You need to have plain keys as an option for selection!!!

These guys saved the day. I hadn’t realized my truck key had snapped in two when I locked it to go inside the 7-Eleven by The Forum until I came back outside and tried unlocking it. I googled “locksmith” and started walking over here, hoping for a miracle. The key itself was a very worn down copy of the original. Not only did they earnestly try their best to craft a successful copy based on the two pieces I handed them, but they made an exact copy of its worn state AND a like new copy to spec just to increase my chances of success when I walked back to my truck up the road. VERY reasonable prices. I think the young man that attended me was named Layton, but they all worked together and seemed very knowledgeable here. The security by the waiting area was friendly too. Tori was her name if I’m not mistaken. Thanks again y’all. Oh, P.S. both copies worked just fine, I can only imagine how buttery smooth the copy would’ve been had I provided an intact key to begin with!

The key machine worked fine. It was quick and the keys worked fine on our locks. Small bits of metal shavings were left on the key points after they were cut but were picked or brushed off easily. A few more key choices would be nice. Price for the keys is reasonable.

All three keys came out bent and do not work. Asked for refund and will see how long that takes…. Upgraded my review to 3 stars as they processed my refund quicker that I could complete my original post. Unfortunately, they still provided a damaged product. I just hope they were able to repair the machine.
