Huge shoutout to Busy Bees!! I have a BMW motorcycle with German engineered luggage locks that I needed picked. A locksmith arrived at my home but discovered that these locks were unable to be opened with conventional picking. Shortly thereafter the manager called me and said they were not giving up yet. He spoke with the owner of Busy Bee and she okayed the ordering of a special (and expensive) tool designed to defeat the more secure locking system. The tool showed up in a couple of days, they called, I arrived, and my luggage was unlocked in a couple of minutes.

That level of commitment to purpose is uncommon and I want to publicly thank them for not giving up and finding a way to deliver what I needed! Great work from a great team of professionals!!

We had a new housekeeper come to our place and she was so upset that she locked her keys in. We told her no problem, we had it covered and found El Cheapo and their great reviews. They 100% lived up to the reputation. They were here so fast to unlock the car and help her retrieve her keys. They were professional, easy to communicate with, super fast, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Very satisfied. Lost my keys to my car. Walked into a Busy Bees location close to home and they had a mobile tech at my house 2 hours later. An hour later I had 2 key fobs made. Ready to hit the wind in my car now. Thanks Busy Bees!!! Kyle was the tech. He’s was great!!!

I went through Triple A. I was updated regularly by both companies with excellent customer service! Antonio came as quickly as possible, was so friendly, efficient, professional, and worked hard to unlock my steering wheel. My Triple A paid $150 with me paying the additional $35. Thank you! We called Lynns lock service when our safe was not able to be opened. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. They worked on the safe for couple of hours but were able to get it open in the end.

I would recommend for their professionalism, work and their ability to work with a business.
