I had an amazing experience with CJS Locksmith today! John was extremely professional, kind, and quick to help. He communicated clearly the entire time — from pricing, to arrival time, to explaining the process. Even when he realized he had the wrong key at first, he immediately let me know, went to get the correct one, and still honored the same price. That honesty alone meant a lot!

He arrived when he said he would, finished the job fast, and my new key fob works perfectly. As a mom with a little one inside, he was very patient and understanding, which I appreciated so much.

If you need a reliable locksmith who is transparent, respectful, and good at what he does, John is definitely the one to call. I’m so grateful for the great service — he really made my day. Happy Holidays!

Horrible communication. Didn’t do the job right. Very unprofessional. After I called him multiple times and text them, they finally stated they couldn’t finish the job right now but will go the next day to. For the next week I called text and he left me on read. Now I have to pay for another rekey. Do not do business with this company.
