It looks like we were a victim of another overcharge by this company. I would advise anyone to stay away. This company took advantage of my mother in law. They took 20 minutes to drill out a lock and charged her $472.00 and I still had to replace the damaged lock. They also charge her $40.00 for using a credit card. We are being told upper management will reach back to me to discuss. Not sure what that means since there was not a name for upper management. Unfortunately I had to give a 1 star review because there is nothing lower.

After calling and being denied by nearly every tow company in the Austin and surrounding area …Angie and Preston came through! Most valuable was their “Can do attitude”. Preston’s willingness to “make it happen one way or another” made it happen. He said “there’s always a way” and he was right. After hours of extra effort, chainsawing trees and maneuvering his truck- making a basket knot with a massive tow line.. pulling the ass end over by wenching around another tree… this guy just did Not give up. His confidence in his abilities moved my bus like a force of nature. He notably asked for black paint for the one oak limb we had to trim, making the job done right. (Absolute care). This job was to move a 40’ school bus and tuck it away between the trees on the property- having to navigate over the worst washed out caliche road with a tight as could be circle drive. Dusk turned to dark and he turned on his lights to finish what he had started. Though his experience was evident, it was his character that made the experience stand out. No matter the extent of the challenge not once did Preston make me feel bad for the situation and not once did he place doubt in the outcome.
Canyon Lake towing is not just a wonderful, capable and fair company, Canyon Lake towing is backed by two incredible individuals who are stand up people. In a world where willingness is all but lost, on this day I was reminded Great People still exist.
I am so grateful to have found them.
