At first Tom was so nice and helpful to copy a Mercedes Benz sprinter key for me. A few days later we called the company back because the key was not working well but he avoided my reach out several times, when he finally came to check it out he was disrespectful during the second service. He said it was not his fault, he only came back out of the “kindness of his heart”, and wasn’t willing to give us a refund or work something out.
In the end Tom was so aggressive towards us and We lost the money.
We recommend to visit the dealer instead of this company.

We called A&D when our doorknob fell off for the upteenth time. Ashton came out and took care of it for us – without laughing at my ineptitude.

He was professional and courteous. He checked all of our exterior locks and made sure everything was functioning properly. And the price wasn’t exorbitant. We will definitely use A&D for any future locksmith needs.

While the key works, I found the service to be overpriced. Additionally, I was disappointed that I could not receive the non-chip metal key for my
2013 Freightliner at the kiosk and instead had to wait for it to arrive by mail.

I needed help to get my key fob working again on my Camry after dropping it on pavement & having issues. Took it to LeDuffs and Brandon checked it out & put new batteries in on the spot as well as found pieces I had lost on the key fob & replaced them as well. I’m back in business!!!
