This past weekend while working i accidentally dropped my keys and found them littered in the street. The key to my storage unit had broken and Sunday morning i found myself locked out of my storage unit unable to put away my things from this past weekend. I hadn’t slept all weekend and couldn’t wait until the facility manager returned Monday to break the lock. I searched for the nearest Locksmith and found NHS Locksmith on Google. I contacted them and was greeted by the owner who heard my issue and was happy to immediately send someone my way. Moments later Houston, a NHS Locksmith contacted me and told me he would be there soon. He showed up within the hour and examined my situation. My storage unit uses tough tubular locks with 8 cylinders, almost unbreakable, but Houston did it! What normally takes him 5 minutes took him much longer due to how tough the locks are, he had to use all his tools and worked hard even when it seemed impossible to break. He had to break through multiple layers until the lock popped. What seemed like a 5 minute job turned into a few hours, i was lucky to get a locksmith who wouldn’t give up. In the end we negotiated a fair price in respect to services rendered. I didn’t know what to expect since the lock was so much trouble but Houston and the bosses at NHS made sure to work with me and give a fair quote so everyone was comfortable. All in all i had a great experience with Houston and the guys at NHS, im lucky they were my first call!

Felipe was very helpful and professional. He came over in 30 min and was upfront about the price. Had to drill out the old lock and at first the new parts didn’t quite fit right, but he spent almost an hour tinkering with it until he figured it out. Now it looks great! Really appreciate him taking the time to do it right, especially on New Years night!

So impressed with our locksmith tonight, David. He called back within a minute of my calling the main number, gave us a predicted arrival time, and he showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. He was very professional and kind and had the door open within 2 minutes.

When I compare that to the other locksmith we called, it’s a night-and-day difference – they said a locksmith would call me, and I’m still waiting for that call, 90 minutes later, so thank goodness I called Get Locksmith, too. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m storing their number for the next lockout emergency.

This company saved the day for me. I figured out I had lost my keys at 7pm. They told me a price over the phone and stuck to it once on site. Not too bad a price. They communicated on their ETA and arrived when they said they would at 8pm. I was in my car with a new key within 20min. Losing keys sucks but they helped me out.

These guys are great! My spare bmw key fob got destroyed and I needed to transfer the internals to another one that I’d ordered off of Amazon. I tried some other locksmiths without any success. I walked into Howard Safe & Lock and they fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it. The fact that they could fix it so fast was amazing; I was starting to think I needed to order a new one from the dealer. The fact that they wouldn’t even accept payment in this day and age of everyone nickel and diming you to death shows their integrity as businessmen. It was a breath of fresh air and made my day!

Oliver came to change out my locks on my new home. He did a fantastic job, I was able to purchase my own lock kit from Home Depot and he installed them seamlessly and even took the time to set my codes with me. They were prompt and did same day service for a VERY reasonable price. I am more than satisfied with this professional service.

I called up Golden and talked to Johnnie. He was able to fit me in the next day for a new key fob for my 2015 Toyota Camry. He kept me updated on his schedule and his ETA. When he arrived he was done with the work in 20 minutes or less. So far the key works exactly as expected, I am finally unable to lock and unlock my car using the fob. The key itself starts the vehicle and I have no problems with the ignition. Great communication, great service, and solid price for everything he did. 10/10 would recommend for all your Key needs.

Your receptionist Dana needs to learn some customer service skills and watch her tone when speaking with customers. Came off very rude and not helpful. Seems like she’s never had a customer service oriented job in her life. The tech who originally was supposed to help my code a remote key couldn’t do it because of his “software” or “updates”. A manager was supposed to reach out never did. Receptionist wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. What kind of company is this?

First i went to a lowes and went through the process of making 4 of the same keys and everything seemed to be going through and payment made but then the machine said it was out of service and i had no idea if i was a charged or not. latter i went to homedepot and order 3 kesy two were designs and one was free basic and i got one of the designs i picked and to of the basic type.
