It looks like we were a victim of another overcharge by this company. I would advise anyone to stay away. This company took advantage of my mother in law. They took 20 minutes to drill out a lock and charged her $472.00 and I still had to replace the damaged lock. They also charge her $40.00 for using a credit card. We are being told upper management will reach back to me to discuss. Not sure what that means since there was not a name for upper management. Unfortunately I had to give a 1 star review because there is nothing lower.
