Called them late on a Saturday evening and they still picked up! Needed my work truck unlocked, and they even made me a spare key while they were out. Had me taken care of in less than an hour. That’s what I call first-class service. Thanks again!

I dropped off a tool box key for a key to be made. After a month of him having the lock and my calling in numerous occasions, I went by the office and spoke with his “numbers guy “ regarding the lack of communication as Dirk was not there. I asked for a call back. A week later I called again and finally made contact. I listened to every reason why it was not completed including, but not limited to, lack of employees, overwork, broken equipment and finally his assertion that the job was not as important as his more lucrative jobs, he finally let me speak and I told I him physically stopped and spoke with someone to which he informed me knew nothing about the business. Understandable, however he was aware that I had stopped and spoke with the man regarding my lock but still made no contact. I asked for my lock back and will find another means to get a key.

This father-son team has the skill set, experience and knowledge to take care of all your locksmith needs. Todd and Gerald worked through a few issues we were having with our key fob replacement and Todd was able to get the new fob programed in more than a timely manner. They were both efficient, professional and the service was affordable! My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of service we received. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend Advanced Locksmith!

Great customer service!! They did a great Job with my vw jetta key! Looked around many places and nobody worked with european car keys… and the vw dealership charged more than double what i payed! definitely recommend!!
