Had issues with my car’s ignition lock, and decided to give Advanced Locksmith a try before I made any major purchases. So glad I did! They were able to figure out and even fix my issue quickly. A real true to life Locksmith store. I was wowed and so happy to know that Griffin Locksmith was here. You don’t need a Locksmith until you need one. We had a specialty key that needed duplicates the big box stores in our area were unable to assist. I was welcomed into the store- helped right away – I felt as though I had stepped back in time. Customer Service – a smoke, chatting. As a customer I was not in their way interrupting the employees scrolling… they engaged with me and showed me grateful appreciation. The stock in the store is amazing too. I won’t be buying locks anyway but Griffin from here on out. Thank you Griffin Locksmith!

I had two new key fobs for two different vehicles cut and programmed. They got us in and out extremely quickly. Very friendly and great prices – especially compared to the dealerships. Highly recommended!

I was told someone would be able to bring service in an hour, but would probably be less time than that. After waiting 20 minutes, I got an email (even though the person on the phone said it would be a text) that they would have to cancel my request.

Had a great experience with Austin. He showed up quickly and was very professional. I thought that my trucks security system had locked up my key so that it wouldn’t start but turned out to just be a battery connection issue. He figured out the problem and got it fixed for me in less than 15 min. Great service!
