Our transmission went out on our truck traveling through Brady. Mikey and his guys were quick to respond, quick to arrive and quick to load us up with our truck and trailer and off to the shop! Great customer service!! They did a great Job with my vw jetta key! Looked around many places and nobody worked with european car keys… and the vw dealership charged more than double what i payed! definitely recommend!!

So I had 2 keys made, by humans that worked but not that great and then I needed another key so I went to the do it yourself machine…..well it made the best key. Works as good as the original. Will be using again if I have a need.

European cars expert/ excellent service
One day I was at the mall with my family and my Audi suddenly decided not to recognize the key (chip failure) so I couldn’t start the vehicle to take me back home. After calling ten different companies, it turned out none of them could do anything about it because “European cars are really hard to work with,” and they all said I’d have to take it to the dealership—which would’ve meant an absurd amount of time and money.

One day, as my last hope, I called another locksmith company, and they recommended Juan from “Chief locks and Auto”. He literally saved the day. He was incredibly professional throughout the whole process—communication, the repair itself—and he explained in detail how he would transfer the data from the old key to the new one.

He pulled it off, and I had my car back in less time and for way less money. Juan, you’re the best.

We recently purchased a 2019 Honda Passport. It came with one key fob. So I did a bit of looking around, I found a key fob on Walmart.com (this turned out to be two key fobs) for a great price. I took them to Texas Lock this morning to get them cut and programmed. I can see why they keep earning 5-star reviews. They are polite, professional, and rather quick.
