Tracey did a phenomenal job replacing the key for our car. I was a little concerned about pricing, but I paid exactly what was quoted over the phone—no surprises. Longhorn Locksmith and Bryan (owner, operator) provided a fantastic customer experience for a fair value. We had lost the only key to a truck we have, called Longhorn, left a message, Bryan retuned my call w/in 20 mins, was at the house within an hour and rekeyed and programmed 2 fobs for my truck! He’s super professional and a great local business owner. This is a local family owned business which we like to support here in Leander. Incredible service! The Key Man went above and beyond by waiting for me to arrive at his shop even though he had another job lined up. Once I got there, he flashed my new key within minutes. I’m very satisfied with the speed and professionalism. I will definitely be using him again!

Supposed to be guaranteed to work. Now I have a new project to figure out how I can get a refund.
