Great! Made an appointment and he got their on time! Hooked me up with 2 programmed new keys for my car for the price of 1. Also made me a regular key that’s not programmed but still allows me to get into my car! In Huntsville but drove over an hour to Centerville to get the job done! Great experience! Good guy!

At first Tom was so nice and helpful to copy a Mercedes Benz sprinter key for me. A few days later we called the company back because the key was not working well but he avoided my reach out several times, when he finally came to check it out he was disrespectful during the second service. He said it was not his fault, he only came back out of the “kindness of his heart”, and wasn’t willing to give us a refund or work something out.
In the end Tom was so aggressive towards us and We lost the money.
We recommend to visit the dealer instead of this company.

We called A&D when our doorknob fell off for the upteenth time. Ashton came out and took care of it for us – without laughing at my ineptitude.

He was professional and courteous. He checked all of our exterior locks and made sure everything was functioning properly. And the price wasn’t exorbitant. We will definitely use A&D for any future locksmith needs.

So I had 2 keys made, by humans that worked but not that great and then I needed another key so I went to the do it yourself machine…..well it made the best key. Works as good as the original. Will be using again if I have a need.

Bradley came out and re-keyed 3 locks and installed two new deadbolt/handsets – one was WiFi. Pricing was reasonable with a flat rate for the service call then letting us know how much each additional job was before doing it. He did a great job. He is professional and personable. Showed up on time, made sure everything was working, cleaned up, and finished quickly.
