Joe was awesome! We’re so thankful for his help. He was patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions. We originally called and he worked us into his schedule, but we had to cancel that day. Even then, he was still helpful over the phone and guided us while we were trying to decide what we needed.

We called Friday at noon before Memorial Day and were able to schedule Joe for 3 PM the same day. He was prompt, personable, and very professional. He changed the locks on all three doors we requested, working quickly even in a home with no AC, and finished in under two hours.

We’ll definitely be looking for Joe for any future locksmith needs.

Great and fast service! I needed a car key made and had been turned away at two hardware stores as they didn’t have the chip key needed. I brought it to AAA and they not only had the key, it was comparably cheap to Home Depot and Lowe’s! The whole process took less than 10 mins and was about great, they even offered to check it before charging me.

Oliver came to change out my locks on my new home. He did a fantastic job, I was able to purchase my own lock kit from Home Depot and he installed them seamlessly and even took the time to set my codes with me. It was an excellent experience. I needed to reprogram a key. I was given a fair estimate over the phone with the assurance that payment was conditional on successful reprogramming.
