Rude and expensive. Doesn’t cut keys in Baytown location. Wants you to drive to Pasadena.

I already drove here to this location that indicates that key duplicating is a service on the listing.

Wanted $50 to merely cut a key I was bringing. I told him he’s just cutting a key, like they do at Home Depot.

He facetiously asked if home Depot would cut it. As he knows they typically will not (cut your brought in key).

Then dropped the price to $20.

I ended up getting it cut for free on a Hillman keyhero. If you have ever seen this machine, it basically cuts the key for you, it is so easy a Home depot employee can do it for free in seconds (literally). Blanks are $5. This is not to minimize the Home Depot employee. It’s to minimize the skill necessary to cut a key. Small things like this lead to additional business. Basic principal.

Not sure what I would have been paying $50.

The guy Israel here at Tony’s is top notch. Isreal was the only one there at the moment and he was knocking out jobs as fast as they came in.

Nice people but complete waste of money. Needed keys made quick, pulled up and confirmation that key could be made was fast. Paid $60 for 2 keys, dropped them off, and I wake up to calls that neither key works at 6AM. Maybe I came on the wrong day but the guy was really nice at least. Might go better with a different key type

This A true commercial locksmith professional locksmith, There Is no many of those left, I’m so happy with the service I got breaking into my store, I called Alamo locksmith they came in 35 minutes fixed my door locks and also upgraded my door security install a keyless system on my door and now im all set, so much better then before.

I was quite disappointed with my visit. Upon entering, I was assisted by Brandon with not even a simple hello. I explained that I had called and had spoken with someone that stated my bag could be unlocked and re-keyed for $35 with additional keys for $3 each. He Literally said Nothing, but took the bag, unlocked it and handed it back to me. I thanked him and asked about getting it keyed, he replied ‘put your stuff in the bag’, I got ready to do that and asked how long would it possibly take? He shrugged his shoulder and replied, I don’t know, it could be 30 minutes or two hours, you have to leave it. He was so CURT, the bearded co-worker next to him stood up and looked around at him and me. Feeling ABSOLUTELY STUPID for asking, I asked what was the cost to pay so that I could leave. Brandon, I would hope today was just an off day for you. First and last impressions are like scars, they NEVER FADE. Shame on you.

Your receptionist Dana needs to learn some customer service skills and watch her tone when speaking with customers. Came off very rude and not helpful. Seems like she’s never had a customer service oriented job in her life. The tech who originally was supposed to help my code a remote key couldn’t do it because of his “software” or “updates”. A manager was supposed to reach out never did. Receptionist wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. What kind of company is this?

These guys are great! My spare bmw key fob got destroyed and I needed to transfer the internals to another one that I’d ordered off of Amazon. I tried some other locksmiths without any success. I walked into Howard Safe & Lock and they fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it. The fact that they could fix it so fast was amazing; I was starting to think I needed to order a new one from the dealer. The fact that they wouldn’t even accept payment in this day and age of everyone nickel and diming you to death shows their integrity as businessmen. It was a breath of fresh air and made my day!

Called these folks on a Friday morning and they arrived within an hour. Needed a panic bar installed on our commercial building exit door. Bobby Dennison not only completed a very professional install but also replaced hinges and screw hole buttons that made things very tidy and pretty. Great people, great service. Thank you!!
