Ron came out and removed my garage door lock and reinstalled my new Schlage Keypad Keyless Entry (Keyless lock). He was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information about how it works. He was very patient with all of my questions, and he completed the job in a timely manner. TOTAL SCAM!! UNPROFESSIONAL repairman opened my door and failed to tell me he CRACKED my windshield! Had to get the whole thing replaced and the company has the audacity to keep dodging my calls! I will be reporting this company and I would save my money and wind shield if I were you!

These guys are great! My spare bmw key fob got destroyed and I needed to transfer the internals to another one that I’d ordered off of Amazon. I tried some other locksmiths without any success. I walked into Howard Safe & Lock and they fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it. The fact that they could fix it so fast was amazing; I was starting to think I needed to order a new one from the dealer. The fact that they wouldn’t even accept payment in this day and age of everyone nickel and diming you to death shows their integrity as businessmen. It was a breath of fresh air and made my day!

Oliver came to change out my locks on my new home. He did a fantastic job, I was able to purchase my own lock kit from Home Depot and he installed them seamlessly and even took the time to set my codes with me. They were prompt and did same day service for a VERY reasonable price. I am more than satisfied with this professional service.

I can’t say enough good things about the quality and professional service I received at this location. This review is long overdue because Google had failed to recognize this business and location for many years and for unknown reasons until today. Needless to say, I highly recommend this honest and skillful locksmith to make your keys right the first time when other store clerks, locksmiths, or automated machines fail to make you a good key set. Don’t waste your time calling or going to those other places. The only service “not” currently provided here is programming car remotes, but that service may be coming as soon as new equipment arrives. You may request buying your car remote from this business or save time and possibly a little money by buying your own remotes. It is possible to program some older car remotes yourself, but it takes time and patience and can be cumbersome. It worked for me, but it was not easy, and it took a few tries to get it right. For now, you can take a chance and go to Amazon or other sellers to buy your remote and assume your own responsibility if your remote fails to work. After your purchase, you may go find a website like YouTube for instructions. This process saved me around $350 for “two” remotes I programmed myself for a 2012 Tacoma. Good luck, and I hope my review saves you time, money, and headaches.
